Kevin Great. I was looking to consult with you concerning tooth care because a lot of men and women who develope the raw food diet have distinct teeth issues that could develop. Dr. Graham: Tooth care, it is an interesting thing. Long ago people asked me to write about diseases. I said, “You know, I do not actually write about illnesses because illnesses are all essentially the exact same. If you stop participating in the main cause, the body won’t generate the symptoms.” Every person disease, there’s thousands and thousands of human health conditions. I think it comes up identical with teeth. Oral health and oral hygiene is again just one tiny aspect. It will be a pity in case we were available in the earth telling folks, “Look, we have received this particular diet. it’s the best possible diet on the planet for everybody though It is really terrible for your teeth.” Well that wouldn’t work. It turns out that the diet that we espouse is actually amazing for the teeth of ours.
And obviously, but it also needs to be stated, because anybody that is been to a dentist’s office has seen the dentist offices all over the world are full of folks eating cooked foods. So we cannot just look at food which is raw and tell you, “Raw food is very bad for the teeth of yours since look what happens,” because we are seeing the identical thing occur on prepared food.
